1. 訂金及訂單確認 Deposit & Confirmation

1.1 網店直購：經由本網站直接下單之購買項目，須於結帳時繳付 100% 全數款項，訂單始獲確認。

1.2 客製化 / 專案服務：若涉及客製化方案或專人安裝服務（如 Ready to Race 套餐），須繳交總報價金額 60% 之不可退還訂金以確認訂單。於 ARC Motorsport Limited 收到全數訂金前，訂單概不視為已確認。

2. 付款條款 Payment Terms

所有客製化或預約服務之餘下 40% 尾款，須於交貨或專人上門安裝前全數付清。ARC Motorsport Limited 保留在收到全額付款前扣留貨品或暫停安裝服務之權利。

3. 價格及報價 Pricing & Quotation

所有產品及服務價格均以港幣（HKD）計算。個別書面建議書或報價單自發出日期起 14 天內有效。ARC Motorsport Limited 保留因匯率大幅波動或供應商調價而於有效期後修訂價格之權利。

4. 保養服務 Warranty

4.1 行貨產品：所有行貨產品均受原廠製造商之保養條款保障。ARC Motorsport Limited 作為授權經銷商將全力協助客戶跟進保養申請，惟最終保養條款及審批由原廠決定。

4.2 免責範圍：保養範疇嚴格不涵蓋人為損壞、物理撞擊、液體入侵、不當使用、超頻或未經授權之自行拆解與軟件改裝。

5. 平行進口貨品（水貨） Parallel Import Items

若產品屬平行進口（水貨），ARC Motorsport Limited 將於網站商品頁面或報價單中明確標示。水貨產品屬最終銷售（Final Sale），概不接受退換。水貨之保養僅按海外供應商條款執行，ARC Motorsport Limited 不提供本地原廠保養 coverage。

6. 交貨、安裝及場地要求 Delivery & Installation

6.1 交貨期：所有預計交貨及安裝時間僅供參考，或因海關清關、國際物流或原廠供貨情況而有所調整。

6.2 安裝場地要求：客戶有責任確保送貨及安裝地點具備足夠搬運空間、承重能力、穩定電源供電及安全安裝通道。

6.3 額外二次上門費用：若因場地條件不符（如空間不足、無升降機且未提前告知、電源不匹配等）導致當日無法順利進行安裝，ARC Motorsport Limited 有權取消當日行程，重新預約上門將收取額外之二次上門服務費。

7. 取消訂單與退貨政策 Returns & Cancellations

訂金及已確認之訂單款項概不退還。已拆封、已安裝、經配置或改裝之產品不得退貨。任何特別獲批之退貨，貨品必須保持全新未拆封之原裝狀態，並須扣除相應之行政及補貨費用（Restocking Fee）。

8. 軟件配置及調校範圍 Software & Calibration Scope

ARC Ready to Race 套餐包括安裝時之初始軟件設置、力回饋（FFB）基礎調校及現場交機說明。交機完畢後，客戶要求之額外重新設置、系統重裝或專屬調校服務，將另行收取專業服務費。

9. 貨品所有權與風險轉移 Ownership & Risk

所有貨品之法定所有權在 ARC Motorsport Limited 收到全數款項前，概屬本公司所有。貨品之損壞或遺失風險於交貨或完成安裝後即時轉移至客戶。

10. 免責聲明與責任限制 Liability Limitation

在香港法律允許的最大範圍內，ARC Motorsport Limited 就本協議所產生之任何索償，其累積賠償責任上限不得超過該相關爭議貨品之實際購買價格。本公司概不承擔任何間接、附帶、衍生性商業損失或利潤損失。

11. 不可抗力 Force Majeure

因原廠產能延誤、海關扣查、國際運輸中斷、天災、極端天氣或任何超越本公司合理控制範圍之事故所致之延誤，ARC Motorsport Limited 概不承擔法律責任，但會及時通報客戶最新進度。

12. 個人資料與私隱 Personal Data Privacy

ARC Motorsport Limited 嚴格遵守香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第 486 章）。客戶所提供之個人資料（包括姓名、電話、地址及電郵）僅用於處理訂單、安排送貨、提供售後保養及法律要求之記錄，絕不向無關第三方出售或出租。

13. 適用法律與管轄權 Governing Law

本條款及細則受中華人民共和國香港特別行政區法律管轄並按其詮釋。因本條款或購買貨品所產生之任何爭議，雙方同意提交香港特別行政區法院之專屬管轄權審理。

1. Deposit & Confirmation

1.1 Online Purchases: Orders placed directly via our webstore require 100% full payment at checkout to be confirmed.

1.2 Custom / On-site Projects: For bespoke solutions or packages requiring on-site installation (e.g., Ready to Race packages), a non-refundable deposit of 60% of the total quoted price is required. The order is not confirmed until full deposit is received by ARC Motorsport Limited.

2. Payment Terms

The remaining balance of 40% for custom project orders must be paid in full prior to delivery or installation. ARC Motorsport Limited reserves the right to withhold delivery or suspend services until full payment is cleared.

3. Pricing & Quotation

All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Quotations provided in formal proposals are valid for 14 days from the issuance date. ARC Motorsport Limited reserves the right to adjust pricing after the validity period due to exchange rate fluctuations or supplier price updates.

4. Warranty

4.1 Official Distribution Products: Products supplied via official distribution are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty. As an authorised reseller, ARC Motorsport Limited will facilitate claims, though final approval remains with the manufacturer.

4.2 Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid ingress, misuse, unauthorized modification, overclocking, or hardware tampering.

5. Parallel Import Items

Parallel import items will be clearly designated as such on product pages or quotations. All parallel import sales are final and non-returnable. Warranties for parallel imports follow the overseas supplier’s policy only; ARC Motorsport Limited provides no local official warranty for these items.

6. Delivery, Installation & Site Requirements

6.1 Lead Times: Delivery and installation schedules are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, shipping disruptions, or manufacturer stock availability.

6.2 Site Requirements: Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate space, floor loading capacity, stable power supply, and clear access routes for installation.

6.3 Re-visit Service Fee: If installation cannot proceed on the scheduled date due to unsuitable site conditions (e.g., restricted access, insufficient space, unannounced stair-carry requirements), a re-visit service fee will be charged for rescheduling.

7. Cancellations & Returns

Deposits and confirmed order payments are non-refundable. Products that have been unboxed, installed, configured, or altered cannot be returned. Any exceptionally approved returns must be in brand-new, unopened original condition and will be subject to an administrative restocking fee.

8. Software & Calibration Scope

The ARC Ready to Race package includes initial software installation, baseline Force Feedback (FFB) calibration, and orientation upon handover. Subsequent re-configurations, system reinstalls, or custom tuning requests after handover are subject to separate service fees.

9. Ownership & Risk

Title and legal ownership of all goods remain with ARC Motorsport Limited until full payment is received. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery or completion of installation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, ARC Motorsport Limited’s maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific item(s) in dispute. ARC Motorsport Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

11. Force Majeure

ARC Motorsport Limited shall not be held liable for delays caused by manufacturer backlogs, customs inspections, logistics disruptions, natural disasters, or other conditions beyond our reasonable control.

12. Personal Data Privacy

ARC Motorsport Limited fully complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong. Personal data collected (name, phone, address, email) will solely be used for order processing, delivery, warranty support, and statutory record-keeping. We will never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
